Cryo.s Biobanking Tube
Ideal for long-term storage management of cells and biological samples (such as blood and urine)! You can aliquot them into smaller portions and use them as needed during experiments.
Our "Cryo.s Biobanking Tubes" are available in three capacities: 300 μl, 600 μl, and 1000 μl. Both non-sterile and sterile versions are available. The temperature resistance ranges from -196 to +121°C, allowing use not only in ultra-low temperature freezers but also in the vapor phase of liquid nitrogen. Additionally, a two-dimensional barcode is printed on the bottom of the tubes, and a one-dimensional barcode is attached to the side of the rack that holds the tubes, making long-term storage management of cells and biological samples easier. By scanning the barcode during freezing storage and entering the information into a computer, you can manage the location of the corresponding cells or biological samples in the freezer by shelf and position. (Once you have set up the location management, you can reduce the time spent searching for the desired samples and improve operational efficiency.) Due to the small capacity of the tubes, they can be aliquoted during dispensing and used as single-use when starting experiments for analysis.
